Lead times

Every piece is made to order, so lead times vary by material and complexity. Your lead time is stated on your quotation, and we keep you updated if anything shifts along the way.

Delivery in Bengaluru

Within Bengaluru, delivery and installation are white-glove — our own team, not a third-party courier, bringing your piece in, placing it and setting it up.

Outstation delivery

For addresses outside Bengaluru, delivery is arranged case by case — we’ll talk it through with you and confirm the plan at the quotation stage.

Getting your home ready

We confirm access — doorways, staircases, lift dimensions — with you before your delivery date, so your piece can reach its room without a hitch. A clear path on the day helps our team work efficiently.

Installation walkthrough

Once your piece is placed, our team walks through it with you — checking fit, finish and function together — before we consider the delivery complete.
