Terms of use

Who we are

This site is operated by RVGR Tailored Furnishings & Tech Pvt Ltd, trading as ALLKIND, from our factory in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By using this site or commissioning a piece from us, you agree to these terms.

Our quote-led model

This site shows no prices. Every piece is made to order, so every price arrives as an itemised quotation prepared for your request — materials, lead time, delivery and installation — valid for the period stated on the quotation itself.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed once you accept your quotation and pay the advance stated on it. That advance payment is what commits your piece into production.

Our designs

The piece we build for you is yours. The design, drawings and techniques behind it — and the ALLKIND name and mark — remain the intellectual property of RVGR Tailored Furnishings & Tech Pvt Ltd.

Site content

The text, images and code that make up this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We take care with everything on this site, but material descriptions, lead times and images are indicative. Your itemised quotation is the binding document for your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any complaint about our site or your order.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month of receipt.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. The terms in force at the time you accept a quotation are the ones that apply to that order.
