Structural workmanship

The frame and joinery of your piece are covered against workmanship defects for the term stated on your quotation and invoice.

Upholstery, foam, fabric and finishes

These wear differently by material, so their warranty terms are stated per material on your quotation — you’ll know exactly what’s covered, and for how long, before you confirm your order.

What voids the warranty

• Using an indoor piece outdoors, or otherwise outside its intended setting.
• Damage from moisture, standing water or prolonged humidity exposure.
• Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than ALLKIND.

Fair wear

Natural wear, gradual fading from sunlight, and the everyday marks of a piece being lived with are not covered — they’re part of how good furniture ages, not a defect.

How to make a claim

1. Send us photos of the issue by WhatsApp (+91 91080 74228) or email (ron@customfurniture.store).
2. We assess what you’ve sent, and follow up with any questions.
3. We decide, and carry out, a repair or a replacement — whichever fits the issue.
